Extensive experience across various maintenance areas SONORA GRILL is seeking a Maintenance Technician near REFORMA BY THE INDEPENDENCE HORSE STATUE, Ciudad de México A leading fine-dining restaurant company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant **Requirements:** * Reside near the area * Education: Completed high school diploma, Technical Degree in Maintenance * 3 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and/or buildings * 2 years of experience across different areas **Knowledge:** * Painting, electricity, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, maintenance of electromechanical equipment **Responsibilities:** * Monitor or address preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at commissaries and units * Conduct periodic inspections to identify maintenance needs * Perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and masonry work * Inspect and repair ovens, hoods, meat-cutting saws, refrigerators\- * Support installations, relocations, or modifications in offices and restaurant areas * Coordinate, where applicable, access and supervision of external suppliers for specialized work * Responsible for the use, preservation, maintenance, storage, and transportation of tools under their custody * Submit activity completion reports with supporting evidence **Contact via WhatsApp at 55\*\*\*\*19\*\*\*84\*\*16\*66 with Lic.
