Monitoring and operation of equipment: Supervise the operation of pumps, motors, blowers, and other systems. 2. Process control: Adjust parameters such as flow rate, pH, dissolved oxygen, and temperature to optimize treatment. 3. Sampling and analysis: Collect water samples at different stages and conduct basic quality tests. 4. Preventive and corrective maintenance: Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment to prevent failures. 5. Waste management: Properly handle and dispose of sludge and other by-products generated. 6. Recordkeeping and reporting: Maintain operational logs, record data, and report any anomalies. 7. Regulatory compliance: Ensure treatment complies with environmental and safety regulations. The odor is somewhat strong since it involves industrial wastewater from a pork meat processing plant. The salary is biweekly: 6,000 pesos, plus 1,000 pesos in grocery vouchers per month. Night shift preferred.
