Join the AMCOR team! **Requirements:** * Experience: 2 years working with plastic bottle preform injection equipment. * Knowledge of Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electronics, and Electricity. * SAP knowledge. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide support during changeovers on blow molders according to established methodology * SMED, considering the production schedule to meet deadlines effectively. * Ensure mold maintenance and inventory records, as well as customizations, are accurately maintained * within the SAP platform to ensure effective equipment management. * Ensure proper preventive maintenance of equipment, plus failure analysis using problem-solving methodology to identify root causes and propose action plans to prevent recurrence. * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and machinery by applying inspection check\-lists to verify correct operation prior to startup. * Supervise repair activities and/or services performed by operators and external vendors to ensure compliance with the company's safety, quality, food safety, and productivity procedures, as well as to receive effective service. * Guarantee timely availability of necessary supplies for mold changeovers, maintenance, and customizations to ensure effective execution. **We Offer:** * Monday to Friday work schedule with mixed shifts. * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
