Job Summary: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with experience in user research, prototyping, and design systems to develop functional and intuitive digital platforms. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in user research and creation of intuitive user flows. 2. Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. 3. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. At least 3 years of experience understanding customer needs, pain points, and behaviors related to the requested product—through research, creation of simple and intuitive flows, wireframing, and teamwork—to build digital platforms that are both functional and intuitive, enabling customers and users to achieve their goals quickly, clearly, and satisfactorily with the final product—thereby delivering an efficient user experience. Customer–Product Research: Through analysis of shared data or scheduled meetings, user flows are developed to establish a clear information architecture—ensuring delivery of an efficient product with higher conversion rates. Collaboration across cross-functional teams within the organization—aligning development scope and timelines—to achieve clean and intuitive execution. Participation in regular meetings for training, as well as for presenting results and/or progress updates. Questioning decisions lacking evidence: avoiding assumptions-based decisions by grounding requested changes in practical, actionable UX strategies—as proposals or solutions. Prioritizing experience improvements: identifying which changes deliver the greatest impact. Staying up-to-date with currently used tools to maximize their effectiveness—and researching new ones (e.g., AI or software) that may provide added value.
