Risk mitigation during audits and official requests A leading construction company is seeking: Social Security and Construction Specialist (IMSS) Responsible for the comprehensive management of employer obligations before IMSS and INFONAVIT, ensuring regulatory compliance. Primary duties include managing construction project registrations, affiliation movements, and mitigating financial risks arising from audits or official authority requests. Main Responsibilities -Construction Project Management (SIROC/ICSOE): Registration, updating, and closure of construction projects with IMSS (SIROC). Preparation of quarterly reports on specialized service contracts (ICSOE/SISUB). -Affiliation Control (IDSE/SUA): Processing of employee enrollments, terminations, and salary modifications (SDI). Calculation and validation of monthly and bimonthly payments for worker-employer contributions and housing loans. -Liaison with Authorities: Management of IMSS’s Virtual Desktop, responding to official requests, notifications, and fines. Negotiation and clarification at sub-delegations. -Payroll-IMSS Integration: Internal audit between Aspel NOI system and SUA submissions, ensuring alignment of incidents (disabilities, absences). Management of Loans and Benefits: Oversight of INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholdings, ensuring accurate deduction amounts from employees’ salaries. Cost Strategy: Analysis of occupational injury rates to determine Workers’ Risk Premium and development of strategies to optimize social cost burden. EDUCATION Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration. Experience: Minimum 5 years in social security management, preferably within construction or engineering sectors. Essential Technical Knowledge: Expert-level proficiency in SIROC, SUA, and IDSE. Advanced use of Aspel NOI. In-depth knowledge of the Social Security Law and Construction Regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel for database cross-referencing). Familiarity with REPSE regulations and their reporting implications. Competencies SAT platform handling Negotiation Skills: Ability to interact effectively with auditors and sub-delegation staff. Sense of Urgency: Strict adherence to deadlines and statutory cutoff dates to avoid surcharges. Critical Analysis: Identification of data discrepancies before they result in fines.
