




Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with experience in project control, procurement, and document management, possessing strong organizational and communication skills to support various administrative and monitoring tasks. Document control, report updates, and delivery coordination. Main Responsibilities Support in general administrative activities. Preparation and monitoring of purchase orders. Quotation handling and supplier communication. Control and monitoring of payments, invoices, and administrative documentation. Updating reports and databases. Monitoring project progress and document control. Coordination of deliveries, materials, and requisitions. Support in scheduling, file management, and reporting. Budget and expense tracking for projects. Requirements Technical or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, procurement, or project control roles. Proficiency in Excel and Office tools. Organizational skills, responsibility, and follow-up capability. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
