Job Summary: We are seeking energetic and responsible General Kitchen Assistants to provide operational support in food preparation and kitchen maintenance across multiple branches. We are seeking General Kitchen Assistants to join as versatile operational staff, providing support across branches located at Paseo Interlomas, Santa Fe Shopping Center, and Manacar Shopping Center (base location will be one of these three branches). We seek candidates with a service-oriented attitude, adaptability, and availability to move between units as required by operations. Benefits: * Net salary of $11,083.00 per month * Weekly tips * Uber support for coverage and operational needs * Bi-weekly payment * Additional discounts * Statutory benefits Responsibilities: * Provide operational support across various branches in Mexico City and State of Mexico according to coverage and operational needs. * Submit requisitions to the commissary based on unit requirements. * Control and rotate products using the FIFO system, applying company-mandated labeling. * Accurately execute recipes established by chefs from all relevant departments (preparation of all finished products). * Maintain constant cleanliness of assigned areas. * Receive products delivered directly from suppliers. * Perform support tasks during commissary receiving: loading and unloading. * Properly manage organic and inorganic waste rotation. * Supervise the washing area, ensuring correct use of chemical products. * Assist in training newly hired staff. * Wash all small equipment used daily in production. * Correctly disinfect supplies using company-provided products. * Conduct deep cleaning once per week. * Support front-of-house service as needed: taking orders, processing payments, and delivering customer service. Requirements: * Availability to travel primarily between Satélite and Mundo E branches. * Two years of experience, preferably in high-volume restaurants or quick-service establishments. * Knife handling and cutting techniques * General food handling * General knowledge of mise en place * Customer service skills * FIFO system proficiency * Food safety knowledge * General product inventory management * Preference: Experience working in open kitchens * Immediate availability * Flexible schedule availability * Valid documentation (INE, proof of address, RFC, CURP, NSS, birth certificate) Interested candidates should apply now—we will call or message you shortly.
