Join a dynamic environment where your leadership will make a real difference. **Schedule:** Monday through Sunday, 11 AM to 9 PM, with one and a half days off per week **Salary:** $13,000 NET + Retention bonuses + Commissions **Benefits** * Competitive salary with retention bonuses starting at 3 months * Uncapped commissions * Exclusive in-store product discounts * Retention bonuses * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Excellent work environment * Ongoing training in sales and management **Responsibilities** * Supervise and lead the sales team * Ensure achievement of sales targets and customer service standards * Maintain up-to-date inventory records * Manage product displays to maximize customer attraction * Handle cash and payment terminals, ensuring daily cash reconciliation **Operational Activities** * Store opening and closing procedures, ensuring space order and cleanliness * Supervise warehouse organization and stock control * Assist in restocking and arranging merchandise on display fixtures * Sales strategies **Sales Activities** * Advise customers on product selection, delivering exceptional service * Apply sales techniques to increase average transaction value * Train team members on new sales and customer service strategies **Cleaning Activities** * Maintain immaculate and orderly display areas * Supervise team compliance with hygiene standards on-site **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years’ experience managing fashion, jewelry, or accessories retail stores * Leadership and team management skills * Ability to work under sales objectives and targets * Knowledge of inventory administration and cash handling * Proactive, responsible attitude focused on customer satisfaction **About the Company:** **SOLEY COLLECTION** is a nationally recognized leader in fine jewelry and women’s accessories retail.
