We are seeking General Kitchen Assistants to join us as operational flex staff, providing support across branches at Reforma 222, Antara, Forum Buenavista, and Parque Lindavista (base location will be one of these four branches). We seek candidates with a service-oriented attitude, adaptability, and availability to move between units as required by operations. **Benefits:** * Net salary: $11,086\.00 per month * Weekly tips * Uber support for coverage and operational needs * Bi-weekly payment * Additional discounts * Statutory benefits **Responsibilities:** * Provide operational support across various branches in Mexico City and the State of Mexico, according to coverage and operational needs. * Submit requisitions to the commissary regarding unit requirements. * Product control and rotation using the FIFO system, applying company-mandated labeling. * Accurate execution of recipes established by chefs across all relevant areas (preparation of all finished products). * Ongoing cleaning of assigned areas. * Receiving products delivered directly from suppliers. * Supporting commissary receiving tasks: loading and unloading. * Proper organic and inorganic waste rotation. * Supervision of the washing area, ensuring correct use of chemical products. * Assisting in training newly hired staff. * Washing all small equipment used daily for production. * Correct disinfection of supplies using company-provided products. * Deep cleaning once per week. * Supporting front-of-house service as needed: taking orders, processing payments, and delivering customer service. **Requirements:** * Availability to travel between branches—primarily Reforma 222, Antara, Forum Buenavista, and Parque Lindavista. * Two years of experience, preferably in high-volume restaurants or quick-service establishments. * Knife handling and cutting techniques * General food handling * General knowledge of mise en place * Customer service * FIFO system operation * Food safety knowledge * General product inventory management * Preference: experience working in open kitchens * Immediate availability * Flexible schedule availability * Valid documentation (INE, proof of address, RFC, CURP, NSS, birth certificate) **Interested candidates: apply now and we’ll call/message you.** Discrimination is NOT permitted at this establishment.
