We are looking for: ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR **Requirements** * Education: Civil Engineering or Architecture degree (preferably certified) * Experience: 4–6 years in technical design, structural engineering, or scaffolding * Experience in supervising or coordinating technical teams * Advanced AutoCAD proficiency * Knowledge of structural design, scaffolding, or construction solutions * Residence near the work location (Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX) * Experience conducting site visits and surveys * Availability for fieldwork **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the Commercial Technical team * Validate drawings, designs, and technical proposals * Standardize engineering processes and criteria * Provide technical support to the commercial department * Conduct site visits for surveys and follow-up * Prepare and validate basic calculation reports * Estimate materials, labor, and technical solutions * Manage scaffolding components per project **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Professional development and growth plan * Participation in key sector projects Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 – $26,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your expected salary?
