




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage government procedures, construction permits, and project tracking, ensuring regulatory compliance and proactive analysis of solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Government procedure and construction permit management 2. Regulatory analysis and urban development 3. Timely project and file tracking * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in government procedure management, construction permits and licenses, and project tracking. * Regulatory review concerning urban development for projects under development. * Preparation of application forms for submissions to various government agencies (SEDEMA, SEGIAGUA, MUNICIPALITIES, METRÓPOLIS, etc.). * Timely and proper compilation of files for such submissions and diligent follow-up to secure approvals. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and project management tools. * Active participation in the analysis of each project and its potential solutions\* Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $14,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
