




We are a growing accounting firm seeking a **Receptionist / Administrative Assistant** to support partners and the team with administrative tasks, INVOICING, client service, and office organization. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a key role in maintaining smooth and professional administrative operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Professional phone support and call routing. * Receiving visitors, clients, and suppliers. * Handling courier services, messaging, and documentation. * Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations. * Managing and archiving physical and digital documents. * Drafting and sending emails and internal communications. * Assisting in report and presentation preparation. * Monitoring office supplies and stationery inventory. * **Invoicing and sending invoices (ESSENTIAL)** * Tracking payments, expenses, and client follow-up. **Requirements** * **Education:** Associate degree or bachelor’s degree (incomplete or completed). * **Experience:** 2 years in administrative or reception roles. * **Software:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP or administrative systems, **electronic invoicing.** * **Skills:** * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up. * Customer service orientation. * Teamwork. * Reliability and attention to detail. **We Offer** * Salary: $12,000 – $14,000 net * Initial 90-day contract with potential for permanent placement. * Benefits as per labor law. * Excellent work environment and professional development opportunities.
