Responsibilities: Support in the pastry area * **Ingredient preparation:** Measure and mix ingredients required for dough and other products. * **Equipment operation:** Operate and maintain bakery equipment—such as mixers and ovens—in good working condition. * **Product production:** Assist in preparing various types of desserts. * **Cleaning and organization:** Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient environment, plus other duties inherent to the role.
