




Position Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring proper management of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, inventory control, and internal logistics. Coordinates inventory and warehouse staff At **Grupo Alivia**, we are looking for a **Warehouse Manager** responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising warehouse operations, ensuring proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, in compliance with internal policies, good storage practices, and applicable healthcare sector guidelines. He/she is responsible for physical and documentary inventory control, as well as proper internal logistics operations. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise daily warehouse activities. * Evaluate performance and propose operational improvements. * Ensure proper physical receipt of domestic and imported materials. * Verify that received products match purchase orders and documentation. * Authorize placement and location of materials according to established criteria. * Supervise inventory recording and updating. * Ensure proper identification, classification, and rotation of products. * Coordinate physical inventories and reconcile them with administrative records. * Report discrepancies, losses, or incidents. * Supervise order preparation and dispatch to customers. * Verify that warehouse outbound shipments are supported by authorized documentation. * Coordinate internal deliveries and provide logistical support to Sales. * Ensure compliance with storage, safety, and housekeeping policies. * Supervise appropriate handling of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. * Maintain storage conditions in accordance with internal guidelines. * Coordinate with Procurement regarding material receipt at warehouses or off-site locations. * Coordinate with Sales regarding product availability. * Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff. * Assign tasks, schedules, and priorities to warehouse assistants. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Logistics, Administration, or related field (Preferred). * 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations and control. * Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or distribution sectors is preferred. **We Offer:** * Working Hours: Mon–Fri 9:00 am – 6:00:00 pm / Sat 9:00 am – 1:00 pm * Opportunity to join an organization with a strong track record in the healthcare sector. * Collaborative, professional work environment focused on continuous improvement. * Possibility of an indefinite-term contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits. **JOIN OUR TEAM!** Salary: $16,000.00 – $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
