We are experiencing continuous growth, and therefore seek talent with a proactive attitude, strong focus, and eagerness for professional development. **Job Objective** To ensure rapid and efficient procurement of automotive parts not held in stock, guaranteeing optimal response times to close sales and provide immediate solutions to customers. **Main Responsibilities** Quoting automotive parts from various suppliers in real time Developing and managing a supplier portfolio Exploring alternative purchasing options (price, delivery time, and availability) Tracking orders requested by branches Coordinating purchase and delivery of on-demand merchandise Ensuring rapid response times (same-day or next-day) Supporting sales staff to close sales when items are out of stock Recording purchases and tracking them in the system **Candidate Profile** Recent graduate in Administration, Business, Logistics, or related fields Strong negotiation skills Sense of urgency and results orientation Ability to identify quick solutions Organizational and follow-up skills Strong communication skills Desirable interest in the automotive sector Key Skills Basic Excel proficiency Ability to work under pressure Problem-solving skills Proactivity **We Offer:** Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs \| Saturdays, 9:00–14:00 hrs Salary: $10,000 net monthly Statutory benefits Growth opportunities Continuous training Dynamic work environment Our location: 1 Cto.
