Logistical coordination of procurement **Procurement Analyst\- International** **Job Description:** Procurement experience to perform the following activities: Identify and evaluate international suppliers based on materials supplied, price, quality, and delivery terms. Request and track quotations from selected suppliers. Analyze and compare received quotations. Input records into SAP. Track purchases through coordination with the Traffic Department. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Negotiate purchase terms with suppliers \- contracts. Coordinate shipment or pickup, and track supplier sample shipping labels. Request and review supplier invoices. Recommend strategies to accelerate achievement of the procurement department’s objectives. Review documentation for the procurement process. Required Knowledge: SAP, Excel, and customs regulations. Intermediate \- Advanced English. Academic Background: Internship / Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, International Relations, Industrial Administration, or International Business.
