This person is organized, analytical, and communicates effectively to follow up on collections with internal and external clients. * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. * 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (Analyst level). * Knowledge and experience using Aspel. * Intermediate proficiency with the SAT platform. * Knowledge and proficiency in software: Basic Excel, Notion, Google Suite. * Experience in accounting recordkeeping, financial closings, and bank reconciliations. * Follow-up and control of accounts receivable. * Skills including attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving. Main responsibilities: * Responsible for timely and accurate client invoicing. * Responsible for recording and controlling accounting transactions. * Responsible for reconciling client payments in bank accounts and preparing payment complements. * Provide support on matters related to the SAT platform and tax compliance. * Review and analyze contracts and financial documentation. * Responsible for timely and accurate follow-up on client collections; prepare accounts receivable and overdue portfolio reports for Management. * Responsible for requesting purchase orders from clients and preparing customized statements for clients. Actively collaborate with the Senior Accountant and Area Leader. * Issue extraordinary or additional service invoices for clients, as requested by Project Managers, Management, or Sales. * Register new clients in the Aspel SAE portal and update their tax information.
