As part of our growth, we are seeking a Core Solution Engineer to join our talented team. The Core Solution Engineer role is pivotal in developing and implementing technical solutions essential to our projects. This position involves close collaboration with development, design, and project management teams to ensure architectural solutions align with customer requirements and industry best practices. **Responsibilities:** Define, measure, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), balancing lagging indicators (e.g., team velocity, execution completion) with leading indicators (e.g., automation rates, test coverage). Identify and communicate trends, patterns, and insights to support high-level strategic decisions. Reporting Automation and Development Design, develop, and automate a suite of reports ranging from high-level executive summaries to detailed technical investigations. Ensure all reporting pipelines are robust, timely, and easily accessible to stakeholders. Develop and maintain interactive, visually appealing dashboards providing a comprehensive view of critical business metrics. Software Solution Design Design and implement customized software tools and applications to optimize V&V workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in solution development and software architecture. * Data Analysis: Advanced experience in collecting, processing, and interpreting large and complex datasets. * Tools: Expert-level knowledge of SQL, Python, and Excel. * Visualization: Proven experience building dashboards on platforms such as Power BI, Qlik, or Tableau. * Automation: Familiarity with reporting software and ability to write scripts to reduce manual effort. * Experience in Software Testing, V&V, or highly structured Program Management environments is highly valued. * Demonstrated ability to design and implement software tools that improve team efficiency. * Background in data modeling and defining performance metrics from scratch. **Benefits:** **We offer:** * Base salary * Major Medical Expenses Insurance (includes dental and vision plans) * 15 days of Christmas bonus * 25% vacation bonus * 12 days of vacation (starting from the first year) * Social security * Profit sharing * Bi-weekly food vouchers
