Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Consultant responsible for implementing and supporting our ERP software in the payroll area, including gathering client requirements and providing user training. Our core activities focus on the development, marketing, and implementation of ERP, CRM, and mobile/desktop applications. We are currently seeking talent for the role of: PAYROLL CONSULTANT FOR CONSULTING ACTIVITIES REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (intern or graduate). Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll. Solid understanding of payroll operations, including manual and biweekly payroll calculations. Experience calculating severance payments, settlements, taxes, social security contributions, expense control, and accounts payable. Knowledge of auditing tasks, payroll-related legislation, and tax calculation regulations. * **Willingness and availability to travel is mandatory** * Prior consulting, auditing, or technology implementation experience (e.g., software or ERP systems for administrative process automation) is desirable. RESPONSIBILITIES: PROVIDING CONSULTING SERVICES TO OUR CLIENTS BEFORE, DURING, AND AFTER IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR SOFTWARE: * Gathering client information; * Documenting and mapping business processes; * Identifying, documenting, approving, and verifying development requests and requirements with users; * Training end users and resolving questions regarding Intelisis ERP payroll functionality; * Installing and configuring our system according to the implementation process; * Executing assigned tasks and meeting objectives based on work plans; * Safeguarding all project-related documentation.
