**HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR**
**PROFILE**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Finance, Human Resources Administration, or Organizational Development
* Minimum 4 years of experience in the role
* **Intermediate/Advanced English**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Plan, organize, direct, and control various Human Resources functions
* **PAYROLL (all stages)**
* Define and manage the training and development process
* Define and manage internal communication practices and processes
* Manage the compensation system and ensure internal equity
* Ensure the organization’s proper structure based on principles of organizational architecture and company needs.
* Coordinate corporate events.
* Plan, organize, and control all activities related to employee onboarding
* Receive staffing requests ensuring alignment with each department’s allocated budget.
* Develop job descriptions for each employee.
* Conduct and coordinate the employee selection process.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of candidate attraction methods and the efficiency of sources consulted to fill requested vacancies.
* Administer psychometric tests and assessments.
* Collect documentation for personnel files.
* Safeguard employees’ personal information.
* Coordinate delivery of onboarding training.
* Ensure employees receive their work tools on time.
* Order and distribute uniforms and identification badges.
* Safeguard company and employee safety in accordance with Civil Protection and STPS guidelines.
* Ensure employer and employee labor responsibilities are fulfilled per current labor laws.
* Support and attend audits conducted by various authorities.
* Advise executives on hiring, training, management, compensation, retention, and development of personnel.
* Implement plans and programs enabling appropriate and continuous personnel development.
* Train executives on best practices in people management.
* Evaluate and develop executives to strengthen their management skills and foster a healthy, productive work environment.
* Maintain and improve company turnover and engagement levels.
* Analyze the company’s workforce profile and propose plans and programs aligned with expectations for development, productivity, and harmonious coexistence.
* Propose effective compensation plans that enhance engagement.
* Deliver training programs and process required authorizations.
* Establish codes, regulations, and policies to standardize management criteria, behavior, and goal achievement.
* Create a program to define the company’s mission and vision
* Establish individual objective tracking plans.
* Create and maintain the company’s Code of Ethics (policies)
* Identify issues that may arise between employees and the company, and provide solutions aligned with the needs and interests of both parties
* Identify situations and intervene objectively and impartially.
* Raise executive team awareness of employee concerns to jointly design strategies addressing root causes—always benefiting both parties.
* Help company members not only accept changes but also learn to operate effectively within a dynamic work environment.
* Enable the company to respond ethically and socially to broader societal challenges, using its resources for societal benefit.
* Collaborate with management to define, align, and implement people initiatives that support business goals.
* Develop strategies encouraging creativity, innovation, and employee participation—generating ideas that drive company growth.
* Fulfill Compliance Officer duties
* Identify and report violations of the company’s ethics and conduct codes
* Responsible for delivering or coordinating ongoing regulatory compliance training
* Implement measures and controls enabling timely identification of risks and incidents
* Reporting systems for complaints, grievances, and telephone or email support
* Periodic meetings with process owners
* Periodic incident reporting
* Direct support mechanisms for employees with questions about whether specific conduct poses a risk—prior to execution
* Checkpoints and process controls where operational parameters exceed normal thresholds and require General Director approval
* Performance and compliance indicators reflecting implementation effectiveness of established preventive risk measures and system evolution

* MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* FRIDAY: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
