✨ DIDI Driver Company – Bonuses and Guidelines (Mixed Shift)
Objective: Improve income control, motivate performance, and conserve resources (energy).
* Mixed Shift
Shift A: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm
Shift B: 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm
Rotates between shifts for balance.
The driver finishing late takes the vehicle home.
* ⚠️ Target: maximum 45 hours per week.
* Rest Days
✔️ Taken when finishing at 2:30 pm
✔️ Day off the following day
✔️ Return on the 3rd day at 3:30 pm
* Vehicle Charging
* Shift A charges before handover
* Shift B charges to start and prepares the vehicle for Shift A
* Bonus
✅ Applies only if weekly quota is met
Structured in tiers (only the excess amount qualifies for a higher percentage)
* Energy Consumption
Maximum allowed: 17.5% of your weekly billing
❗ Exceeding this threshold reduces the bonus
* DiDi Bonuses / Dynamic Incentives
❌ Bonuses do not apply for earnings below $5,500
* $5,501 to $7,000: 50% paid out / 50% excluded from quota (without SolarFleet)
✅ $7,001+: 50% counts toward quota + 50% paid out + SolarFleet applies
* Tips
✅ 100% go to the driver
* Working on rest days/holidays
60% of generated earnings as bonus
Requirement: 45 hours connected over 6 days
* Driver covers 50% of daily energy cost
* Referrals
$1,500 per referral
$1,000 in Month 1 + $500 in Month 3 (if averaging $6,500+)
* Performance Bonus
$500 monthly if hours requirement is met + average earnings of $5,500+ + compliance with guidelines
* Base Salary 2026
$9,500 gross monthly (effective January 2026)
* Penalties
❌ Failure to meet required hours: deduction + pay 40% of energy cost
❌ Billing of $3,999: company does not cover energy cost
❌ Late deposit: bonuses suspended (maximum 2 weeks)
❌ Missing energy receipts: expense not recognized
