Opportunity for additional bonuses and full tips SolarFleet 2026 – Bonuses and Guidelines (Mixed Shift) Objective: Improve income control, motivate performance, and conserve resources (energy). * Mixed Shift Shift A: 7:00 am – 2:30 pm Shift B: 3:30 pm – 10:30 pm Rotation between shifts ensures balance. The driver finishing late takes the vehicle home. Target: maximum 45 hours per week. * Rest Day Taken after finishing at 2:30 pm Rest the following day Return on the third day at 3:30 pm * Vehicle Charging Shift A charges before handover Shift B charges to start and prepare for Shift A * SolarFleet Bonus Applies only if weekly quota is met Tiered structure (only the excess amount moves to a higher percentage) * Energy Maximum allowed: 17.5% of your weekly billing If exceeded, the bonus is reduced * DiDi / Dynamic Bonuses Less than $5,500: no bonus applies $5,501 to $7,000: 50% paid / 50% does not count toward quota (no SolarFleet) $7,001+: 50% counts toward quota + 50% paid + SolarFleet applies * Tips 100% for the driver * Working on rest day/holiday 60% of generated earnings as bonus Requirement: 45 hours connected within 6 days Driver covers 50% of daily energy cost * Referrals $1,500 per referral $1,000 in Month 1 + $500 in Month 3 (if averaging $6,500+) * Performance Bonus $500 monthly if hours requirement is met + average $5,500+ + guidelines followed * Base Salary 2026 $9,500 gross monthly (effective January 2026) * Penalties Failure to meet hours: deduction + pay 40% energy cost Billing of $3,999: company does not cover energy Late deposit: bonuses suspended (max 2 weeks) No energy receipts: expense not recognized
