***We Are Looking For:***
* *Industrial Engineer, Environmental Systems Engineer, Civil Engineer, Industrial Safety Engineer, or related field — degree required.*
* *5+ years of experience in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) on heavy construction or infrastructure projects; minimum 2 years as a verifiable Safety Supervisor.*
* *Certifications: Valid DC\-3; DC\-5 and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certifications preferred.*
* *Legal Knowledge: Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law (LSS), Federal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health (RFSST), General Law on Ecological Balance and Environmental Protection (LGEEPA), ST\-7 and ST\-9 handling, establishment of Joint Committees, procedures before STPS, IMSS, SEMARNAT, and Civil Protection authorities.*
* *Computer skills, Advanced Office suite, Basic AutoCAD, Standard vehicle, measurement equipment: sound level meter, combustible gas detector, lux meter, digital breathalyzer, multi-gas detector.*
***Main Responsibilities:***
* Lead the Zero-Accident strategy on site, implementing and administering the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System per NOM\-031\-STPS, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 to safeguard the integrity of over 150 direct and indirect employees.
* Implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and instructions for identifying, assessing, preventing, and controlling risks associated with all project activities related to Safety, Health, and Environment.
* Identify, assess, and control risks in critical activities—including work at heights, excavations, lifting operations, electrical work, and confined spaces—ensuring regulatory compliance with STPS, IMSS, and SEMARNAT.
* Comprehensive waste management, including logbook maintenance, manifests, chain-of-custody documentation, and final disposal via authorized providers. Ensure compliance with the Environmental Impact Statement (MIA), its resolutions, and execute flora and fauna rescue and relocation programs where applicable.
* Implement the Safety, Health, Environment, and Social Responsibility Program and related actions, executing occupational health campaigns, recycling programs, training plans, and emergency brigade drills.
* Manage and audit subcontractors’ performance regarding Occupational Safety and Health (SST) and Environmental Impact Management (MIA), validating DC\-3 certificates, personnel files, IMSS registrations, and documentary compliance prior to authorizing site access. Conduct performance evaluations and apply sanctions for non-compliance.
* Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and high-potential events using root cause analysis methodologies. Submit ST\-7 forms to IMSS and closely monitor disability cases to control risk premium and lost-time days due to accidents.
* Measure, analyze, and report strategic KPIs to Project Management and Direction, including: Frequency Rate, Severity Rate, Days Without Lost-Time Accidents, Legal Compliance Percentage, and Preventive Program Progress.
* Ensure integration, control, and traceability of personnel and equipment documentation files per the Occupational Safety and Health Management System and Environmental Management System requirements. Guarantee document management on institutional DRIVE platforms, ensuring traceability, current versions, and audit readiness. Design digital control dashboards for compliance tracking.
* Liaise with authorities and clients, representing the company before STPS, SEMARNAT, State and Municipal Civil Protection agencies. Respond to inspections, requests, and official notices. Lead managerial safety walkthroughs with Project Management and the client.

Salary: $32,000\.00 \- $34,000\.00 per month
