We are looking for YOUR TALENT as an **Environmental Coordinator (Consulting and Regulatory Compliance)** Work location: Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. (Only local candidates will be considered.) Willingness to travel to project sites across various states of the republic. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Impact Assessment:** Preparation, coordination, and follow-up of Environmental Impact Statements (MIA) and Preventive Reports. * **Social Impact:** Development and management of Social Impact Assessments (EVIS) for infrastructure and energy projects. * **Risk Analysis:** Collaboration in and preparation of Hydrocarbon Sector Risk Analyses (ARSH) and other environmental risk and emergency studies. * **Legal Compliance:** Issuance of Technical Opinions on Environmental and Applicable Regulatory Compliance. * **Auditing and Diagnostics:** Supervision and development of Environmental Audits and execution of comprehensive environmental diagnostics across various industrial sectors. Preparation of Audit Reports under the National Environmental Audit Program (PNAA) promoted by PROFEPA. * **Emergency Plans:** Design, development, and implementation of Emergency Response Plans. * **Field Management:** Coordination of environmental monitoring campaigns (water, air, noise, soil) and supervision of conservation projects, including reforestation activities. * **Management Systems:** Establishment of Industrial Safety, Operational Safety, and Environmental Protection Systems (SASISOPA) for the hydrocarbon sector. **WHAT WE VALUE?** * Proven track record as a Lead Consultant, Technical Manager, or Environmental Coordinator, leading complex environmental and social impact projects. * Direct interaction and successful management of procedures with government agencies (SEMARNAT, ASEA, PROFEPA). * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams for desk-based work and field activities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Bachelor’s Degree:** Environmental Systems Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, or related field. * **Postgraduate Degree (Desirable):** Master’s in Environmental Management and Auditing. * Advanced proficiency in the General Law of Ecological Equilibrium and Environmental Protection (LGEEPA), its Regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment, and regulations issued by ASEA, SEMARNAT, and PROFEPA. * Recognized methodologies for environmental and social impact assessment and risk analysis. * Technical knowledge in interpreting environmental monitoring results. * Design of remediation, compensation, and reforestation plans. * Experience verifying environmental compliance across industrial sectors at both State and Federal levels. * **Willingness to travel** **Desired education level:** Higher Education \- Degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert Level **Departmental function:** Construction **Industry:** Construction **Skills:** * Wildlife monitoring * Reforestation * Environmental regulations *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69f906f75f00005f0095458d\&source\=indeed*
