Biker House Hiring **Job Description: Bartender** **Main Responsibilities:** · Greet, serve, and provide direct customer service at the bar, offering drink, cocktail, and customized beverage recommendations based on customers' preferences. · Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes, standards, and procedures established by the company. · Maintain a clean, organized, hygienic, and adequately stocked work area throughout the shift. · Properly monitor and manage inventory of beverages, liquors, glassware, supplies, and other materials required for daily operations. · Decorate and present beverages in an attractive and professional manner, meeting established quality and presentation standards. · Deliver courteous, efficient, and customer-oriented service to create a positive service experience. · Comply with applicable safety and hygiene regulations for handling beverages and food. · Assist with additional bar-related operational tasks as required. **Desired Profile:** · Prior bartending or mixology experience (preferred). · Basic knowledge of beverages, liquors, and service techniques. · Professional appearance, service-oriented attitude, and friendly demeanor. · Ability to work under pressure and maintain order during peak demand periods. · Punctuality, responsibility, and teamwork.
