Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, ensuring quality standards and timely dish delivery. * Responsible for inventory control, menu engineering, recipe costing (*Food Cost*), and waste optimization. * Design and execute seasonal menus and special dishes representing regional Italian authenticity (DOP). * Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP / Distintivo H). Requirements and Qualifications: * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef, preferably in high-end or Italian specialty restaurants. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or equivalent Italian culinary training (highly valued). * **Technical Knowledge:** Expert-level proficiency in handmade pasta, risottos, Italian bakery, and Mediterranean proteins. * **Soft Skills:** Resilient leadership, assertive communication, and problem-solving ability under pressure.
