We are a freight forwarding company with over 20 years of experience in import and export operations (maritime and air), land transportation, and special projects. We are looking for someone experienced in customer service, teamwork, proactive, with a positive attitude, able to work under pressure, with 3\~5 years of relevant experience and proficient in English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and monitor import and export operations. * Ensure compliance with customs regulations and proper use of incoterms. * Liaise with suppliers to coordinate carriers and customs brokers. * Keep clients informed about the status and progress of each operation. * Timely update the company's internal management system. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, Customs Sciences and Foreign Trade, Commercial Relations or related field. * Experience: At least 3 years, preferably in a freight forwarder or customs agency. * Language: Intermediate to Advanced English. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary based on qualifications * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Direct hiring by the company * Career development plan Employment type: Full-time Salary: $17,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site
