RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assistance in ingredient preparation (washing, disinfection, portioning, etc?) * Preparation of basic food items. * Assistance in dish assembly and plating. * Cleaning and disinfection of utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Compliance with hygiene regulations.
