We are looking for a fast, organized individual with operational kitchen experience, focused on delivery timing and consistent quality. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **1** year of experience as a Cook or Kitchen Assistant * Knowledge of food production and plating * Experience operating griddles, deep fryers, and preparing proteins (preferred) * Ability to work under pressure and with a strong sense of urgency **Responsibilities:** * Food preparation and production according to recipes * Order assembly for delivery * Portion control and preparation time management * Cleaning and maintenance of the work area * Proper handling and stock rotation of supplies (FIFO) * Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards **We Offer:** * Monthly salary * Additional bonus * Statutory benefits * Staff meals Work Location: **Pedregal** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $14,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per hour Work Location: In person
