We are a team providing logistics services for last-mile delivery in courier and parcel services, and we are seeking Operations Supervisor \- **Dispatcher** Location: Along the Mexico-Toluca Highway, Cuajimalpa (Behind El Yaqui, near Chedraui Cuajimalpa) . Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts from 6:00 to 15:00 hrs or 14:00 to 22:00 hrs. One day off. Requirements * Technical degree or preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in last-mile logistics (preferably in courier and parcel services) * Skills in route monitoring, KPI management, communication, and team coordination * Proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities * Monitoring on-time parcel delivery performance * Coordinating and managing fleet movement * Monitoring field staff, vehicles, and routes * Supporting orders with data inconsistencies accompanying products to maintain operational flow and meet established deadlines * Updating reports and logs * Tracking lost and/or stolen parcels * Recording payroll incidents for operational staff * Personnel supervision We offer * Salary: $16,000 gross \+ productivity bonuses based on KPIs * Statutory benefits from day one * Additional benefits * Hybrid work mode (on-site and remote) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance Workplace: On-site employment
