We aspire to be the ideal partner for entrepreneurs, contributing to the development of communities, the country, and the planet. **Your Challenge:** As the **Senior Product Owner**, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product strategy across its triad—transforming Mexico’s complex tax regulations into a competitive advantage for Konfío. You will assume full ownership of our merchants’ tax journey, converting SAT regulations into agile, automated, and easy-to-use products. Combining strong product sense with analytical thinking, you will launch high-impact solutions—from democratizing electronic invoice issuance to automating accounts receivable reconciliation (PPD/PUE)—orchestrating cross-functional teams (Engineering, Legal, Operations) within a regulated environment, with an absolute obsession for maximizing business value and real user adoption. **What We’re Looking For:** **Professional Requirements (Non-Negotiable):** * + **Fintech/Fiscal Product Experience:** 5\+ years in digital product management, including at least 2 years in Fintech, payments, or electronic invoicing in Mexico (B2B, ERPs, accounting solutions, or platforms such as Yaydoo, Savio, Stripe, Clip). + **Technical Mastery of the SAT Ecosystem:** Deep knowledge of CFDI 4\.0 (PPD/PUE, payment complements, credit notes, cancellations) and stamping workflows with PACs, with ability to design technical specs and workflows with Engineering. + **Proven Impact in B2B Solutions:** Track record of launching at least one tax-related product or feature (e.g., invoicing, collections, reconciliation), demonstrating clear adoption metrics (active users, stamping volume, or time reduction). * Advanced English. **Responsibilities** * + **PPD Collections Automation:** Automate the full collections cycle (SAT download, payment complements, and credit notes) to achieve **automatic reconciliation of over 70% of collections within the first year**. + **Electronic Invoicing Adoption:** Design the stamping workflow (via PAC) for accounts receivable and payable, aiming for **30% of active merchants to issue their first invoice within the first 3 months post-launch**. + **Regulatory Compliance & Internal Synergy (2026 Roadmap):** Ensure compliance with SAT regulations (CFDI 4\.0) and coordinate with other Product Owners to adopt shared fiscal capabilities, avoiding technical duplication. + **Data-Driven Optimization:** Monitor and optimize success metrics (successful stamping rate, issuance error rate, processing time, NPS) to continuously iterate the product. + **SME Discovery & Prioritization:** Lead discovery of new fiscal features (cancellations, multi-invoicing, ERP integrations) based on customer feedback and market evolution. **What We Offer:** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can maximize your potential. * Opportunities to learn and grow professionally using cutting-edge technologies. * A passionate and talented team with whom you can share knowledge and experiences. * A competitive compensation package and attractive benefits. * The opportunity to positively impact the lives of thousands of people and contribute to the country’s development.
