Position Summary: Responsible for the HR department, ensuring optimal human capital performance and acting as a business partner between employees and corporate. Key Highlights: 1. Foster organizational culture and labor relations. **Position Objective** You will be responsible for the HR department, ensuring optimal human capital performance, serving as a Business Partner (BP) between employees and corporate, as well as across various departments. **How You Will Achieve This** · Talent attraction and recruitment for the group · Manage the employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, follow-up, and separation. · Manage **hires, terminations, internal transfers**, and related documentation and internal platforms. · Implement and execute **training and development** programs. · Develop programs to improve **workplace climate and organizational culture**. · Monitor **performance evaluations** and feedback processes. · Address employee inquiries regarding labor matters and internal regulations. · Manage labor relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary reporting, and legal compliance. · Generate HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports—e.g., turnover, absenteeism, time-to-fill, etc. · Support implementation of HR **policies, procedures, and strategies**. **Requirements** · Education: Completed bachelor’s degree (in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field). · Minimum experience: 2 years in roles related to human capital, HR generalist, or similar. · The best attitude! · Knowledge of human capital–related regulations · Intermediate-to-advanced Excel proficiency. · High level of organization, initiative, confidentiality, and effective communication. · Experience in entertainment or service industries is a plus · Willingness to travel within the metropolitan area · Leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills. **Key Competencies** · ATTITUDE · Human capital sensitivity · Customer service orientation · Getting things done · Results orientation. · Effective negotiation and communication. **What We Offer** · Competitive salary · Annual bonus · Statutory benefits\* · Flexible days off · Complimentary access and discounts at our establishments · Excellent work environment · Primary workplace located between Toluca and Metepec Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
