Here’s more information about this vacancy’s responsibilities: **Main Responsibilities:** * Validate checks deposited at ATMs. * Ensure that check data meets mandatory requirements. * Determine whether a check is paid or rejected (returned). * Handle various requests related to Liability Accounts across different banking segments (Commercial, SME, BEyG, BPyP, and Corporate). * Prepare operational reports and presentations. * Contribute to KPI and Service Level monitoring and compliance. * Perform accounting reconciliations. * Handle exception entries. **Job Challenges:** * Maintain service levels (5 minutes), as well as perform under pressure to meet targets (500 x/p). **This position requires an on-site work arrangement.** Rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week), 8:30 am to 7:30 pm. **Essential Qualifications:** * Document validation experience. * Basic knowledge of accounting. * Basic knowledge of Google Workspace. * Basic knowledge of operational analysis. * Basic knowledge of Excel. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Basic knowledge of Altamira or Emulation. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** * 6 months to 1 year. **Competencies:** * Competencies: We seek a highly educated, responsible, analytical individual with leadership skills, results orientation, teamwork ability, effective communication, and excellent customer service orientation.
