We are looking for someone analytical, organized, with leadership skills and the ability to work under clear objectives. This person will be the main connection between administrative, operational, and field teams, ensuring each project progresses as planned, within budget, and meeting established quality and safety standards. Required Profile * Civil Engineer, Architect, or related degree. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination, supervision, or site resident roles. * Knowledge of construction processes, remodeling, and building maintenance. * Gender indifferent. * Basic/intermediate English desirable (not essential). Required Experience * Coordination and monitoring of construction projects or adaptations. * Budget management, cost analysis, and construction planning. * Field supervision, resource management, and communication with suppliers. * Knowledge of safety regulations and operational compliance. * Experience with reporting, deliverables, and contact with corporate clients. Skills * Leadership and decision-making. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems on-site. * Organization, punctuality, and results orientation. * Attention to detail for validating measurements, materials, and progress. Main Responsibilities Planning * 1\.Initial project survey. * 2\.Area measurement and data collection. * 3\.Drawing preparation and technical review. * 4\.Compilation of material lists and requirements. * 5\.Development of schedule and weekly programming. * 6\.Creation of organizational chart and project structure. Costs * 1\.Preparation of unit price analysis. * 2\.Incorporation of penalties or adjustments requested by client. * 3\.Budget control and tracking of construction expenses. Bidding / Preparation * 1\.Preparation of safety folders and required documentation. * 2\.Coordination of personnel, hiring, and resources. Field Execution * 1\.Daily project supervision. * 2\.Coordination with suppliers, work teams, and subcontractors. * 3\.Quality, safety, and operational compliance inspections. * 4\.Management of labor agreements, entry times, routes, and resources. * 5\.Delivery of daily and weekly reports. Monitoring and Control * 1\.Tracking actual vs. planned progress (critical path). * 2\.Control of materials, quality, and safety. * 3\.Achievement of objectives, scope, and timelines. * 4\.Validation of information for Neodata platform. Project Closure * 1\.Preparation of final report and deliverables to client. * 2\.Coordination of billing with administrative department. * 3\.Review of pending payments and document closure.
