It operates in all states of the country, has more than 118,000 employees, and is one of the **top 10 employers in Mexico.** It consists of three business units: Tiendas Coppel, Afore Coppel, and BanCoppel. **Position Objective:** Carry out collections processes with Clients who have significantly overdue accounts across various financial products offered by Grupo Coppel, aiming to establish payment agreements with them and improve their account status, thereby reducing the volume of delinquent receivables. **Main Responsibilities:** * Collect outstanding debts from assigned Clients with the goal of reducing Grupo Coppel's delinquent and bad debt portfolio. * Establish payment agreements with Clients who have high delinquency rates through negotiation, aiming to bring their accounts current. * Deliver received payments and/or payment agreements made with Clients so they can be entered into the system, ensuring the Client's account information is updated by the end of each day. **Required Profile:** * Required Education: High School Diploma * Knowledge in handling transportation units. * Basic knowledge of traffic regulations and vehicle documentation. * Experience in managing difficult-to-collect accounts. **Work Locations:** * Azcapotzalco * Naucalpan * Cuauhtémoc We assign you to a location near your residence.
