We are looking for YOUR TALENT as a **Project Architect.** // 3-month project **Responsibilities:** * Development of executive and preliminary architectural projects. * Conducting virtual walkthroughs and architectural surveys. * Preparation of structural and construction details. **What we value:** * Experience in preliminary and executive project design, especially for CEDIS (Distribution Centers) * Must have knowledge of BIM REVIT LOD 400 modeling **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field * 4 years of experience in CEDIS project design * Proficiency in Revit software (Architecture). * Skills in D5 Render, AutoCAD, and Photoshop. * Knowledge of Mexican construction and design standards. * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams. * Attention to detail and results-oriented. * Good organization and time management * Portfolio of work **WE OFFER:** Base salary Statutory benefits Direct hiring by OCA Global México Immediate hiring!
