UNIT PRICE COORDINATOR – HOSPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE (TEMPORARY)

Position Summary: Unit Price Coordinator for Hospital Infrastructure, responsible for parametric budgeting and unit price analysis for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of parametric and unit-price budgets. 2. Quantification of construction works and analysis of unit prices. 3. Review of budgets and market studies. We are seeking: UNIT PRICE COORDINATOR – HOSPITAL INFRASTRUCTURE (TEMPORARY) Objective: To prepare parametric budgets and unit-price-based budgets for hospital, clinic, and diverse medical facility construction, renovation, or maintenance projects, as well as for other types of buildings commissioned to CreaMedic. Requirements: · Civil Engineering or Architecture degree · Minimum 8 years’ experience in Unit Price Analysis · Cost Engineering · Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and medical gas systems · Infrastructure and civil works · Hospital regulatory standards · Willingness to travel domestically · Flexible working hours Main Responsibilities: · Preparation of parametric budgets for company-executed projects, based on studies conducted by specialized cost engineering firms and market studies for Mexico’s construction industry. · Preparation of unit-price budgets using either the provided list of items or the list generated from quantifying construction quantities. · Quantification of construction quantities based on executive project drawings, technical specifications, equipment data sheets, and field verification, for application to construction budgets. · Preparation of unit price analyses in accordance with the Public Works and Related Services Law and its Regulations, as well as the contracting entity’s Public Works and Related Services Policies, Guidelines, and Bases—or CreaMedic’s clients’ requirements—and field verification of productivity rates and input resources. · Calculation of the Real Wage Factor, and analysis of hourly costs for construction machinery and equipment, for incorporation into unit price analyses. · Review of budgets and quotations submitted by suppliers and contractors providing construction, renovation, and maintenance services to CreaMedic. · Conducting market studies to update material, labor, tool, and equipment cost inputs used in unit price analyses. · Input breakdowns, development of matrices, calculation of indirect charges, financing, profit, and additional charges—applied appropriately to unit price analyses and corresponding budgets. ****The project is temporary and lasts 6 months**** We offer: · Competitive salary · Statutory benefits The Company maintains an unequivocal commitment to equality and non-discrimination.
