Customer Service Executive (Logistics/Pharmaceutical)
A leading logistics operator in the healthcare sector is seeking:
**Customer Service Assistant with experience in logistics/pharmaceuticals**
Age: Preferably between 25 and 40 years old
Gender: No preference
Marital status: No preference
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
**Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.**
Excellent professional appearance.
**Knowledge and skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent spelling and writing skills, customer service orientation, strong email communication skills; working knowledge of WMS and Excel is mandatory.
**Skills:** Attention to detail, strong verbal communication, organization and planning, teamwork.
**Responsibilities:**
- Verify delivery manifests against shipping documents and invoices.
- Manage daily filing of shipping document supporting files per transmission.
- Control shipping acknowledgments.
- Manage order transfers.
- Manage courier packages (valijas).
- Ensure shipments include all documentation required by the client.
- Process and manage manual credit notes with corresponding inventory deductions.
