Job Summary: Receive, dispatch, arrange, and safeguard raw materials and finished products, while protecting and optimizing company resources. Key Highlights: 1. Safe loading and unloading of containers and platforms. 2. Merchandise arrangement with focus on rotation and efficiency. 3. Participation in warehouse improvements and adherence to procedures. **Purpose of the Position:** Receive, dispatch, arrange, and safeguard raw materials and finished products, preventing damage while protecting and optimizing company resources in accordance with corporate procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** Loading and unloading containers and platforms, following safety guidelines (30%). Arranging merchandise according to FIFO to ensure proper rotation (20%). Preparing accurate and timely orders, in accordance with picking instructions (15%). Maintaining order and cleanliness in the area, reporting anomalies (10%). Participating in warehouse improvements (10%). Complying with safety, ethics, and conduct procedures (10%). Inspecting forklifts and reporting anomalies to the supervisor (5%). **Job Requirements:** **Education:** Completed secondary school. **Minimum Experience:** 3 years as a Forklift Operator and/or Warehouse Worker. **Technical Competencies:** Forklift operation – intermediate level. Warehouse management – intermediate level. Goods receipt and dispatch methods – intermediate level. Packaging, packing, and labeling – intermediate level. Loading and unloading with safety regulations – intermediate level. **Skills and Competencies:** Teamwork. Communication. Safety and care orientation. Ethics and values.
