YOUR OBJECTIVE Ensure operational excellence: coordinate timely arrival and departure of vehicles, manage security protocols, and lead work teams to move the world. YOUR MAIN CHALLENGES Active Leadership: Team management and shift-start meetings. Logistics Control: Review of volumes, loading plans, and vehicle assignments. Digital Visibility: Real-time status updates and use of G Suite tools. Compliance: Tracking of Mercado Libre projects (e.g., Pallet Height, Load Factor). WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU Education: Bachelor’s degree (internship eligible). Experience: At least 1 year in similar roles with personnel management experience. Skills: \* Proficiency in digital tools (tablets, laptops, basic G Suite). Knowledge of vehicle capabilities (trailer, tractor-trailer, van). Effective communication and problem-solving under pressure. JOB DETAILS Work Mode: 100% on-site. Environment: Dynamic work in warehouse and yard. Availability: Shift-based role including weekends.
