




Restaurant located in Zona Plateada, Pachuca. Availability for PM shift **(departure at 11:00 PM)** We are seeking a cook with enthusiasm and at least 2 years of experience in hot and cold food lines, basic knife skills, foundational sauces, hygienic handling of food and beverages, and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory management. Proactive and able to work effectively in a team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Food preparation in cold and hot areas * Production preparation * Adherence to recipes and visual guides * Setup and breakdown of production lines * Cleaning (daily and deep cleaning) and maintaining order in the work area * Storage and labeling of food and production items according to shelf life * FIFO inventory management * Effective communication Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,000.00 – $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal service Application Question(s): * Do you reside in Pachuca, Hgo?
