The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing pneumatic systems used in our facilities and equipment, ensuring their optimal performance. **Responsibilities:** · **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic systems, production equipment, and tools. · **Diagnosis and Repair:** Diagnose faults in pneumatic systems, identify problems, and develop effective solutions. · **Equipment Installation:** Participate in the installation and commissioning of new pneumatic equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards. · **Process Optimization:** Propose improvements to pneumatic systems to enhance performance and reduce downtime. · **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all work is performed in accordance with current safety, environmental, and quality regulations. · **Technical Documentation:** Prepare and maintain detailed records of activities performed, as well as maintenance work reports. · **Skills:** o Problem-solving ability and quick decision-making. o Knowledge of diagnostic tools and pneumatic system testing equipment. o Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
