




* Advise the customer on the different credit products and services offered by Banco Azteca, promoting cross-selling. * Advise the customer on the benefits and responsibilities of a loan, identifying needs to facilitate new loan placements. * During each visit or contact with the customer, update all their information in the system at least once a year. * Process credit applications accurately to prevent payment delays and avoid fraud. * Stay informed and trained on the products and services we offer. * Cambacear: promotion of products outside the point of sale. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to ensure they return and recommend us.
