




**TENDER ASSISTANT** **Company CITEGRA is looking for a candidate with experience in public and/or private tenders.** *Location: Ampliación del Palmar, Pachuca de Soto, Hgo.* **Schedule:** Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. / Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Position Objective** Support the integration, follow-up, and administration of public and private project tender processes, ensuring compliance with the technical, economic, and administrative requirements established by the issuing entities, contributing to successfully obtaining and closing projects for the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Read, analyze, and compile required documentation in tender guidelines. * Prepare technical, economic, and administrative proposals. * Follow up on clarification meetings, site visits, and submission of proposals. * Control and manage documentation for Compranet and other government portals. * Support the preparation of catalogs, budgets, and unit price analyses. * Coordinate deliverables with technical, accounting, procurement, and management teams. * Monitor award decisions, openings, notifications, and critical timelines of the process. * Participate in the preparation and delivery of files, folders, and contracts resulting from tenders. * Maintain organized physical and digital records for each process. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field**. * **Minimum of 1 year of experience** in tenders. * Desired experience in **construction, civil works, network infrastructure, structured cabling, or related areas**. * Knowledge of the tendering process (public and private). * Experience using **government portals** (e.g.: Compranet). * Familiarity with **Opus or Neodata** (basic/intermediate). * Document handling, attention to detail, and administrative accuracy. * Ability to work under pressure and adherence to procedures. * Intermediate proficiency in Office (Excel, Word, PDF). **Skills and Competencies** * Effective communication and teamwork. * Organization and attention to detail. * Planning and follow-up. * Professional responsibility and ethics. * Willingness to learn and continuous improvement. **We Offer** * **Starting salary of 2,300.00 net weekly.** * **Statutory benefits.** * **Follow-up support on processes and platforms.** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: From $2,300.00 per week Education: * Bachelor's degree completed (Required) Experience: * public/private tenders: 1 year (Required) Travel availability: * 100% (Desirable) Workplace: On-site
