Job Summary: We are seeking a unit monitoring operator to ensure safe and timely delivery to the end customer, provide support to drivers, and manage critical situations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Active monitoring to ensure safe and timely arrival of units 2. Critical support to drivers to mitigate risks 3. Information management during emergencies and critical situations Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in: · Monitoring for transportation companies · GPS platforms · Providing support to drivers · Active monitoring Responsibilities: · Ensure monitoring is carried out properly so units arrive at the end customer on time and safely. · Provide support to drivers to mitigate risks. · During emergencies and/or critical or sensitive situations, guarantee timely and accurate transmission of information to supervisors. Requirements: · Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree, candidate, or incomplete degree · Years of experience: 1 year verifiable in monitoring · Age: between 23 and 35 years old · Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook · Schedule availability: rotating shifts Activities to be performed: · GPS unit monitoring · Logging entries in logs · Data entry · Protocol implementation · Identification of critical variables: speeding, unauthorized stops, accidents, incidents involving the "Panic Button", signal loss—through data analysis Skills: · Sense of responsibility and commitment · Conflict management · Initiative · Communication · Teamwork · Analytical thinking · Working under pressure · Proactivity Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $9,450.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
