




Job Summary: Quality Coordinator with experience in personnel management, information analysis, and internal audits aimed at damage reduction and continuous process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel coordination for damage detection 2. Information analysis to support decision-making 3. Internal quality audits and continuous improvement · Coordinate personnel to ensure timely damage detection during loading and unloading. · Knowledge of AIAG table (MANDATORY) · Analyze information to take appropriate actions with customers or operators. · Meet quality requirements set by our customers for loading and unloading operations within yards. · Process information to develop preventive measures and drive continuous process improvements. · Reduce company-wide damages. · Monitor damage indicators per customer (origin, among others). · Conduct internal quality audits. · Review and ensure compliance with quality plans. · Assist in identifying problems and propose solutions. · Manage quality training for personnel. · Knowledge of company safety protocols and measures. · Familiarity with company internal procedures.
