At Grupo Vidanta, we are seeking: **Doorman** **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet and bid farewell to guests in a friendly and respectful manner. * Open and close hotel doors for guests and visitors. * Assist with handling and transporting luggage (check\-in and check\-out). * Guide guests regarding hotel facilities and basic services. * Coordinate with the front desk on any guest requests. * Assist with transportation arrangements (taxis, valet parking). * Report unusual or potentially risky situations to supervisors or security. * Adhere to the hotel’s standards for appearance, presentation, and service. **Requirements:** **Experience*** 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred. **Knowledge*** Customer service and care. * Basic hospitality protocols. * General knowledge of the hotel and surrounding area (restaurants, transportation, points of interest). **Languages*** Conversational English (preferred) **Interested candidates please apply through this channel.**
