Join our team as an Operational Chef: *Requirements:* * Minimum 1 year of experience * Degree in Gastronomy or related field * Age between 25 and 40 years *Knowledge and skills:* * Mastery of cooking techniques, food preparation, cutting, plating, and knowledge of advanced techniques. * Control, manage, and request ingredient and supply stock, as well as verify the quality of received goods. * Manage the kitchen budget and make informed decisions regarding ingredient purchases to balance quality and profitability. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen. * Attention to detail. * Organizational and disciplinary skills to handle multiple documents and tasks. * Ethics and integrity when handling confidential information. * Effective communication. * Assertive leadership. *Responsibilities:* * Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring teamwork and efficiency in daily operations. * Ensure the quality, presentation, and standardization of dishes (supervise culinary techniques and ingredient freshness). * Monitor input inventory, place orders to suppliers, and manage product costs to maintain profitability. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety by complying with all health regulations and company policies. * Develop and modify menus, as well as create and implement new recipes and cooking techniques. * Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure the entire culinary process runs quickly and efficiently.
