Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position * Availability to travel across the entire republic for extended periods. * Experience in staff training * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of sales * Knowledge of operating standard compact vehicles and possession of a valid driver's license (a driving test will be administered). Responsibilities: * Welcoming new employees on their first day * Personnel management * Visiting various branches * Supervision of personnel * Monitoring branch-level sales Essential Skills: * 100% dynamic * Innovative * Committed with an amiable disposition * Flexible regarding working hours and willing to work outside Hidalgo State * Ability to drive standard compact vehicles.
