Job Summary: We are seeking a packer to join our team, responsible for packaging, identifying, and preparing products, ensuring quality and order in the work area. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibility for maintaining the work area. ***Unión Química de México S.A. de C.V.*** *We are a 100% Mexican company, dedicated since 1963 to manufacturing detergent, cleaning products, and their raw materials.* ***Duties to be performed:*** * Package products according to their presentation. * Identify bales with corresponding labels. * Prepare pallets using corner protectors and templates. * Inspect pallets to ensure they are in good condition, free of broken boards or improperly placed nails. * Arrange bales on pallets according to product specifications. * Position bales within pallet boundaries, ensuring proper alignment. * Manually wrap pallets with stretch film to ensure stability. * Notify the supervisor of any issues occurring during the shift and of products failing to meet quality specifications. * Repair pallets as required. * Report any irregular conditions in equipment or the work area to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain care of provided tools and equipment. * Comply with Safety and Hygiene standards. * Keep the work area clean and orderly. ***BENEFITS*** * Weekly salary * Monthly food vouchers * Social Security insurance * Statutory vacation days * Vacation bonus: 60% * Year-end bonus: 30 days * Detergent (10 kg) every two months * Rotating shifts weekly, Monday through Saturday.
